Number of Guest
Based on your expected guest count, your primary bartender, Rubie, will arrive with a team of appropriately sized staff to ensure your event runs smoothly.
An event with up to 100 guests will include bar service by a friendly classically trained and certified bartender accompanied by a professional barback.

Tip Jar
Our bartenders are compensated through tips. You can either provide a tip jar at the bar for guests to contribute, or the host may choose to cover gratuity with a flat rate based on the expected number of guests.
Our bartenders rely on gratuity for their compensation. We ask that a Tip Jar is placed on the bar station for the night to encourage donations.
If the host prefers that guests not offer bartender(s) gratuity during theirevent, an additional cost will be applied.

Stocking the Bar
The hardest part of party planning is making sure you don’t run out. Don’t let the bar go dry—Rubie’s got it covered. As your personal shopper, we supply everything you need and refund any unopened bottles after the event.
If you prefer to provide your own liquor instead of using a personal shopper, or you're planning a BYOB-style event but don’t want guests serving themselves, we’ve got you covered. We can assist by creating a customized liquor shopping list to help you stock your bar with ease.

Bar Setup
We offer a fully equipped bar setup, including up to two tables and an ice well. If your venue already has a bar in place, we can supply the finishing touches—garnishes, straws, napkins and mixers.
Includes Bartend 4 Me table and ice chests stations. Ice, Cocktail Napkins, Straws, Garnishes and Mixers.

If a bar space is already provided with the event location, our bartenders can set up the station and service from there. Napkins, Straws Garnishes and Mixers will be included. Please be advised that ice will not be provided with this package.
